Unfortunately, all online courses are non-refundable.
However, a refund would be considered only if there is a technical breakdown from our end. This difficulty should impact on you reaching the course to continue the same.
If you come across such situation, please do contact us and we will look into the same.
Once you contact us and we complete an investigation, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
